Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the F&B department, including restaurant operations, banquet services, and catering. The F&B Manager will lead a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the F&B department’s performance and profitability.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to achieve budgetary goals.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
